All orders are carefully reviewed, quality checked, and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Duties

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, we ask that you first check your tracking information. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. VelZure cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error in your shipping details immediately after placing your order, contact us within 2 hours at support@velzure.com and we will do our best to make the correction before dispatch.
