To honour a return, all items must be presented in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition — tags intact, packaging preserved, and free from signs of use. The Refund Process

Upon receiving and carefully inspecting your returned item, our team will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed swiftly — within 5 to 7 business days — returned directly to your original payment method. We believe your time is as valuable as your investment in VelZure.


Exchanges

Should you require a different size or colour, we welcome exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to current availability. Simply reach out to our team before dispatching your item and we will guide you through the process seamlessly.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery accompanied by clear photographs. VelZure will assume full responsibility — covering all associated costs and ensuring swift resolution. This is our standard. This is our word.


Final Sale Items

Out of respect for our craft and our clientele, the following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange — sale and discounted pieces, gift cards, and any customized or made-to-order garments.
