Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. VelZure reserves the right to correct any pricing errors that may appear on our website. We accept all major payment methods and require full payment at the time of purchase. Your transaction is protected and processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
Orders & Cancellations
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it enters our fulfilment process immediately — reflecting our commitment to speed and precision. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting our client services team at support@velzure.com. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping & Delivery
VelZure ships with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are subject to factors beyond our control including carrier delays, customs processing, and weather conditions. VelZure is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers once the order has been dispatched.
